With a musical style that has a classical background, a world of poems rich in storytelling, and a beautiful voice that has been compared to Fiona Apple and Tori Amos, she is a singer-songwriter full of personality who attracts fans around the world with her style of weaving stories with her own voice at her disposal. She is a singer and songwriter with a unique personality. She has been gaining attention in the anti-folk scene in New York's East Village since the late 1990s, and released her own CD in the early 2000s, which was mainly sold at her own live venues. From 2003 to 2004, she was selected as the opening act for the Strokes' U.S. tour and Kings of Leon's European tour, and in 2004, she signed a contract with Warner Bros. Since then, his albums "FAR" (2009) and "WHAT WE SAW FROM THE CHEAP SEATS" (2012) have reached #3 on the U.S. charts, and he has been nominated for a Grammy Award. He has performed at the White House and on Broadway. A Russian Jewish/American, she has received such great acclaim that her name has been inscribed on the Bronx Walk of Fame and June 11 was declared Regina Spektor Day by Mayor Bill de Blasio.
