This year, 2022 marks the 150th anniversary of the birth of the Russian genius, Scriabin, and this year, a box containing almost all of his works for solo piano with numbers will be released at a surprisingly low price. Scriabin himself was a virtuoso piano player, and most of his works are for solo piano, but they are difficult to play because of their unique pianism and mystic style, which was the source of his avant-garde style. The music on this disc features rare recordings by Scriabin's son-in-law, Vladimir Sofronitsky, who was called "a rare Scriabin player," as well as legendary virtuosos such as Richter, Negus, Gilleris, Feinberg, and Golidenweisel, all of whom have created a Scriabin image that no one else can imitate. The music is a masterpiece of Scriabin's art. Sofronitsky's soft and shifting poetic sentiment, Richter and Gilleris's unambiguous power, and Neigaus and Feinberg's unique storytelling style, while also including different performances of the same piece, give completely different impressions and are a constant source of amazement.Finally, as a bonus, there is a performance of Scriabin's own piano roll.
