Named after the Baroque-era female painter Artemisia Gentileschi, the band bridges visual art and sonic radicalism, carving through the socio-political wilderness of the modern world with their razor-sharp sound. Three years after their debut on HOZACRECORDS, they return with their 2026 second album, featuring even more robust rhythms and a muscular sound. Recorded and mixed at SMOKINGFRIDGESTUDIO in Cagliari and mastered by NENEBARATTO of MOVIESTARJUNKIES, this album functions as a soundtrack for survival, with a torrent of tense noise striking directly at the listener’s survival instinct. Featuring nine tracks that transform raging energy into intricate structures—such as "CHASINGTHELIGHT," where piercing guitar riffs in the direct lineage of ANDYGILL explode, and the dance-punk track "HEAVENLYBODY," where relentless repetition stokes a sense of anxiety.
