British soprano Mary Bevan's third recital album on the Signum label is a collection of French songs. The first of these, Voyages (SIGCD509), was nominated for the British Gramophone Award 2018, and the second, Divine Muse (SIGCD606), was highly acclaimed by BBC Magazine and British Gramophone Magazine. In this album, she will continue her collaboration with Joseph Middleton, the famous accompanist of the first and second albums, and will take on French songs, which she became more interested in after recording "Voyage". Mary Bevan is a soprano who has been awarded the Royal Philharmonic Society's Young Artist Award and the British Critics' Circle Award, and has had a brilliant career both in opera and on the concert platform. In 2019, she will receive the prestigious MBE (Fifth Order of the British Empire), further enhancing her presence. Tokyo M-Plus
