Little Earthquakes" was released in early 1992. Her personal and introspective songs, which were written with a sensitive and perceptive sensibility, were highly acclaimed by the British media, including Q Magazine and Melody Maker, and caused a great sensation. Two years later, in 1994, she released "UNDER THE PINK," which is now being reissued in analog format. Following the success of its predecessor, the album reached No. 1 on the U.K. album chart, No. 12 on the U.S. album chart, and sold more than 200 copies worldwide.Cornflake Girl" was also a top 5 single in the UK from the album. As she is said to have said, "The first album is like a diary, and the second album is like a painting." Both albums are full of the nakedly personal lyrics, delicate melodies, and intense performances that have captivated so many fans. Described by Newsweek as "emotionally gripping," and by NPR as "her voice still crackles, still moves, still reveals secrets," Tori Amos' sound has reached a new level. The two-disc analog release will be available in the same two-disc set as the original release, and will be remastered in 2015. In addition, the cutting engineer is Jon Astley.
