They were the first Norwegian artists to have a No. 1 hit in the U.S., and they are greatly respected by many of the bands that dominate the music scene today, They are truly a band that "symbolizes the times.From their debut album "Hunting High and Low" (1985) to their seventh album "LIFELINES" (2002), all of their albums reached the top of the charts in their native Norway, and after moving to the Polydor label, the band released two more albums. The band then moved to the Polydor label and released two albums, selling more than 50 million albums worldwide and garnering overwhelming support. In 2015, the 30th anniversary of the release of their debut album, the band reunited to perform at a festival in Brazil, which ignited a worldwide frenzy, and they went on to release their 10th album in six years, once again captivating the world with their Scandinavian magic. In the same year, they released their 10th album, their first in six years. The band's miraculous resurrection sent the world into a whirlpool of excitement, and in 2016 they released their ultimate best album, "Time and Again: The Ultimate A-Ha," a compilation of their ongoing activities since their debut in 1985, including many classic songs from the past and the latest songs of the time. ULTIMATE A-HA.Disc 1 contains their most popular songs from "Take On Me" to the then newest song "Under The Makeup," which transcends labels, and Disc 2 is filled with remixes by Kygo, Future Funk Squad, Jellybean, and other remixers. The album is, as the title suggests, the ULTIMATE album. In 2022, to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the band's formation, a documentary film was released that captured the band in their true colors, and their latest miraculous work, "TRUE It is only natural that a-ha, the only "best of" compilation album that sums up their career, is being released for the first time as a double vinyl set. It may be said that it is a natural progression.
