Talking Heads is an intelligent rock band led by David Byrne, a genius who continues to present art in the form of music in various ways. Talking Heads was called "the most fascinating experimental rock band in the world" at the time, and their revolutionary second album, "More Songs About Buildings and Food," released in 1978, was the band's first to chart in the US. This is a super deluxe edition of the classic album, "More Songs About Buildings and Food," which was the band's first U.S. chart success. In addition to the original album, which features the latest remastered soundtracks, this 4-CD Super Deluxe Edition also includes rare tracks including many previously unreleased recordings and a rare live performance in New York City in 1978 on 4 analog discs. David Byrne was at the forefront of the 80's and continues to present his art of music in various forms of expression such as musicals and movies.The Talking Heads were an N.Y. intelligence band that he led with a very strong impact from the late 1970s through the 1980s. In 2024, a super deluxe edition of their memorable debut album "TALING HEADS: 77" was released, and it is still fresh in our memories that the world celebrated the many precious sound sources included in the album, which could be called documents that unravel the history of music. This year, the 50th anniversary of the band's formation in 1975 is being celebrated with the release of "More Songs About Buildings and Food," the band's second album and first to chart in the U.S., in a super deluxe edition, This is the band's first album to chart in the U.S., and has now been revived in a super deluxe edition for the modern age! This deluxe edition of the album, produced for the first time by Brian Eno, who has worked with the band on three consecutive albums since then, truly captures a pivotal moment in the band's subsequent evolution. This release will come in three forms: a luxurious 4-CD Super Deluxe Edition consisting of 3 CDs + Blu-ray, a 4-CD Super Deluxe Analog Edition containing only the soundtracks on 4 analog discs, and a 2-CD Analog Edition containing the original album and rare soundtracks.
