Porcupine Tree was formed in 1987 by Steven Wilson, who released a new album at the end of September 2023, and has led the progressive rock scene since the 1990's. In 2022, the band returned to the scene after 12 years with their first studio album "Closure/Continuation". In 2022, the band released their first studio album in 12 years, "Closure/Continuation," marking their long-awaited return to the scene. The CD+DVD live album "Anesthetize - Live 2008" released in 2010 will be newly reissued by Transmission label in 2022, and will be newly released in 2023 in Japan in a limited paper jacket for the first time! The DVD contains the concert film of the tour after the release of "Fear Of A Blank Planet" in April 2007, which took place on October 15 and 16, 2008 at 013 in Tilburg, the Netherlands. The DVD contains the concert film. The first half of the concert features a complete recreation of "Fear of a Blank Planet," while the second half features a number of songs from past albums, including the EP "Nil Recurring" released in September 2007, 2005's "Dead Wing" and 2002's "In Absentia.
