Peseta is a funny and cool six-piece band that mixes various music and moods from all over the world into a punk, garage, and psychobilly sound. With a peculiar composition of twangy guitars, rustic stomp/psychobilly slap wood bass and drums, percussion to emphasize exotic moods, twin trombones, and singalongs by all, the band has been releasing a 4-track CD with a world travel theme since 2016 called "JUMBLIN ' AIRLINES" series, released annually. This ninth album features four tracks: "Mera, Mera," an exotic Asian dance tune with Chieco's vocals and slide guitar; "Meteor Volcano," a 9/8 time signature reminiscent of the Balkans and Middle East mixed with a Punk/Garage sound; "Cabaret des Voleurs," a melodeon-centered musette-style waltz; and "Where is My Corn? The album also includes "Cabaret des Voleurs," a musette-style waltz featuring melodion, and "Where is My Corn?" with a strong beat and chorus that evokes the Andes Mountains and returns to its roots. Enjoy this 10.5-minute journey through the world of sound!
