Michel Dalbert, who will be 70 years old in 2025, has agreed with a Japanese manager to "perform virtuosity that will attract audiences with its splendor and power. Michel Dalbert, who will turn 70 in 2025, was inspired to create this album by a conversation he had with his manager in Japan about "the brilliant and powerful virtuosity that attracts audiences. It evolved into a consideration of whether playing fast and loud and moving one's fingers as one pleases is really the only definition of virtuosity. It was noted that virtuosity has its origins in "virtue," which originally meant a set of moral qualities, which eventually changed to refer to merely technical ones. Dalbert takes us on a long journey through his choice of works by Brahms, Mozart, Liszt, and others to gain a deeper understanding of them. The difficulty of playing them is only one of the ways to make the pieces sound as their creators intended and to express their talents to the fullest. The same is true of Mozart's sonatas, which are considered easy on the score. The music that emerges reveals the humanity of both the composer and the performers.This is an interesting piece that only Dalbert can explore the original significance of virtuosity.
