This is a piano and synth instrumental work featuring the rare sound of the Latvian piano "Una Corda". French producer/singer/composer Ezechiel Pailhes, who has been popular in the club scene since the 2000s as a member of the electronic duo Noze, presents a surprising new solo piano album. With his classical and jazz roots, Ezechiel Pailhes has realized his longtime dream of creating a piano-focused work with his fifth solo album, "Ventas Rumba. Pailhes traveled to Latvia in search of the perfect tone, recording on a custom Una Korda piano built by David Kravins with Nils Frahm, a master pianist from Latvia.The music mixes melancholy, exoticism, nostalgia, lightness, inspiration from Chopin and Olivier Messiaen, uplifting dance music, and much more to create a one-of-a-kind world that is simple yet multifaceted and profound.
