Opeth

Description:

Opeth, a progressive metal band representing the metal powerhouse of Sweden, releases their first new album in five years. The concept album is set in the post-World War I world, and the heavy and progressive Opeth world is in full swing. Opeth is one of the most popular bands in Sweden, a country known for its heavy metal music. Opeth was formed in 1990. Originally started as a death metal band, they made their album debut in 1995 with "Orchid", followed by "Still Life" in 1999. By the time they released "Still Life" in 1999, they had released four albums, but they were not in a position to make a living from music. The turning point came with their fifth album, "Blackwater Park".This album, an explosion of their progressive spirit, was produced under a contract with Music for Nations and with Stephen Wilson of Porcupine Tree as a producer. After making this album, I'll quit the band and look for a serious job," thought leader Mikael Åkerfelt at the time. The album ended up being a huge hit. The album was a huge hit, and the band became one of the world's leading progressive metal bands. Opeth will release a new album "The Last Will and Testament," their first album in five years. About this album, Mikael says, "I love this record. I can say that I am proud of it," he says, exuding great confidence. As you can tell from the fact that it is a concept album about the post-World War I era, the heavy and progressive Opeth world is in full swing again. Fans of Opeth's extreme metal side will enjoy this album as well, as the growl vocals are also included. Orchestral instruments such as strings and harp are also featured.Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull also joins the band on narration and flute, making this a must for progressive rock fans. Joey Tempest of Europe also contributes backing vocals. This is Opeth at its finest, and the hottest metal album of 2012!
