The "Get Back Session" is the starting point for this 3-CD box set that delves into the musical roots of the band! The "Get Back Session" began rehearsals at Twickenham Film Studios on January 2, 1969, and ended with a recording session at Apple Studios on January 31, 1969. The result was the album "Let It Be," but the sessions included melodies they had sung in their childhood and an unusual number of cover songs. This album is a close look at the Beatles' "Roots as Basics" and their "excellent forensic eye for popularity," relying on the signposts of what was initially intended to be a "roots rock album" under the theme of returning to their origins. Whether you want to dream up another "Let It Be" through the original and possibly influenced versions of the cover songs they played during the sessions, or enjoy the unique selection of songs that only All Days Records can offer, the human story surrounding the Beatles in 1969 is presented in a "luxurious 3-disc box set".
