Theme song for "How Do You Live? Chikyugi" is the theme song of "How Do You Live Your Life," the latest film directed by Hayao Miyazaki of Studio Ghibli. It is a new song written by Genshi Yonezu for the film. Included with the single is an A5 size, 160-page photo book featuring documentary photos of Yonezu Genji, director Hayao Miyazaki, and producer Toshio Suzuki over a five-year period. The book documents the process of creating the theme song for the movie "How Do You Live?", including the tension Yonezu felt when he submitted the song to Director Miyazaki, and scenes of the director in tears as he listened to the song. The 13th single "KICK BACK," which was written as the OP theme for the TV anime "Chainsaw Man," became the first Japanese artist to reach the top 50 on Spotify's global ranking.Furthermore, in the "Oricon Weekly Single Ranking" (dated 12/5), the new single became the first solo artist to sell over 300,000 copies in the first week of 2021, and ranked No. 1 for the first time, and topped the Billboard JAPAN Anime Chart for 21 consecutive weeks.
