The second album from The Cinderellas, a gorgeous female soul trio that draws from the old school of the Supremes and Pointer Sisters to Anne Vogue, SWV, TLC, and more! Louis York, the hit-making duo of Chuck Harmony & Claude Kelly, bring a new style to the R&B scene with their transformative retro neo-soul that incorporates doo-wop, jazz, gospel, Motown, and even country. The album features pop and danceable originals, as well as a cover of a Bee Gees classic. The Cinderellas are a girl group formed in Nashville in 2017. The retro neo-soul group was assembled by Louis York, the production and songwriting duo of Chuck Harmony & Claude Kelly, who have worked with Mary J. Blige, Bruno Mars, and Rihanna. The members are three talented singers who have each worked as solo artists: Cassi Jones, who has worked in jazz and musicals (and has lived in Tokyo); Stacy Johnson, who is influenced by reggae; and Tamara Chauncey, who has been influenced by gospel music.Debuted in June 2018 with the single "Reconsider," followed by three consecutive releases every two months, including "Ain't That The Truth"; in 2019, the EP "Genesis" collected them. They continued to distribute consistently, releasing their first album, "Hits That Stick Like Grits" in 2021, and in 2021 they appeared at the CMT Awards and Black Music Honors, where they also swept the headlines with their glittering costumes and retro music videos.
