The city has completely changed its appearance, and the king's messenger called KUGE is spreading throughout the city. In the midst of all this, a girl runs away from the KUGE... The girl is the former king, Kurabe Kikka. Kikka was considered the strongest in the history of New Kyoto, but even she is helpless as she continues to be pursued by the KUGE. Kikka did not have a Bill Divide deck at hand. This is a crime, this is a punishment. I will never see the light again..." With various regrets, she continues to run away from the situation.
