Produced by legendary Norwegian blues giants Kid Andersen and Mike Zito at the legendary Greaseland studio in California, the album features Jimmy's new song "I Only Gamble With My Heart" and the album title track "( Feels Like) I Just Got Started," as well as reworkings of classics such as "Midnight Blue" and "My Babe. This will be Jimmy's sixth album, and he will be touring the United States and Europe on the "I Just Got Started" tour.It's groovier and more soulful, but not overdone." The musicianship really gives the album life. I've already played these songs live, and from the reaction I'm getting, I think people are loving them, thanks to Kid's steady hand and unmatched guitar work, and to Jerry Jemmott, Derrick D'Mar Martin, Jim Pugh, Bobby Vega, and Lisa Andersen for taking care of me and my songs.
