Natalia Covarzon is the artistic director of Artistes enherbe, an association dedicated to teaching and supporting extremely talented young instrumentalists. Based in Luxembourg, she pursues a deeper understanding of contemporary music in collaboration with the Ensemble Lusilin, a contemporary music ensemble based in Luxembourg that is also active in Japan and has been selected for a special Recording Artists' Prize. Natalia van der Mersch has performed with the Cologne Chamber Orchestra, the Hamburg Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Essen Philharmonic Orchestra. The duo Natalia's second release on ARS Produktion is an album featuring Russian composers, and has accumulated numerous performances, including appearances at the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival in Germany. Far beyond the first name similarities, Duo Natalia's harmonies of mind and heart are palpable, and the sound blends together beautifully. Tokyo M-Plus
