JESUS PIECE (Jesus Peace) has been active with its five steadfast members since its formation in 2015. The band's first album "Only Self" was highly acclaimed as one of the most representative hardcore works of 2018. In the same year, the band visited Japan for the first time, and their aggressive performance, which enthralled audiences across Japan, has become a story to be told, and they will visit Japan again the following year in 2019.
The title of their long-awaited second album, their first in five years, ". . So Unknown" sums up the band itself, says Aaron. We've been operating in a situation where everything was unknown. We've been operating in a state of total uncertainty," says Aaron, "not knowing what we're going to sound like, who we're going to tour with, or anything. Despite this uncertainty, the band has been diligently refining its uncompromising sound, a fusion of intelligence and aggression. In 2023, JESUS PIECE will release a new work that will set a new standard for hardcore.The songs ➇"An Offering to the Night" and ➅"Gates of Horn," which were released prior to the release, fully showcase frontman Aaron's charisma, while the band itself is once again overwhelmed by its own potential. The opening track, ➅, is a very beautiful and beautifully produced piece of music. This album is a total of 28 minutes in length, from the opening ➀"In Constraints" to the dissonance of ➁"Fear Of Failure" and ➂"Tunnel Vision" to the caustic ➇"An Offering to The Night," all of which are a perfect example of the ongoing metallic hardcore band's sound. The album depicts the ongoing metallic hardcore band JESUS PIECE. Co-produced and engineered by Randy LeBouef (EVERY TIME I DIE, DYING WISH, THE ACACIA STRAIN), the sound is a vortex of noise that transcends the hardcore genre.. So Unknown" will be a must-see in the hardcore scene in 2023!
