Sola Gratia" is a new concept album under the solo name of NEAL MORSE, one of the best songwriters and multi-instrumentalists in the progressive rock world, known as a hardworking and prolific writer. Sola Gratia" is an album that showcases the extraordinary talent of Neal Morse, one of the best songwriters and multi-instrumentalists in progressive rock, as well as a hardworking and prolific songwriter. This concept album follows the record of Paul, the apostle of Christianity. Many people have requested that Neal should make a work about Paul, and Neal says that it was a cruise trip to Australia and New Zealand that led him to get serious about it. While cruising, many ideas for songs came to him one after another, and he was playing keyboards on the deck when the sun rose. He returned from the trip and completed the current work, "Sola Gratia. The work was beautifully shaped by Mike Portnoy (drums) and Randy George (bass), both long-time TRANSATLANTIC members, as well as Eric Gillette, Randy George, and Randy George. Eric Gillette, Bill Hubauer, and Gideon Klein joined the group to complete the project.Sola Gratia" is Neal Morse's first work, created remotely during the lockdown caused by the spread of the new coronavirus in April 2020 (as can be seen in the music video for "Seemingly Sincere"). ) "I sent the basic track to Mike Portnoy and Randy George and asked them to arrange it, and their response was, 'It's so good you don't even need to arrange it! Their response was, "It's so good, you don't even need to arrange it! From there, we exchanged a lot of data. Making an album is never easy, and production always presents me with a challenge. The reason why this album is not under the name of THE NEAL MORSE BAND but under his solo name is that Neal did almost all of the songwriting for the album. I feel that 'Sola Gratia' is as good as anything I've ever done," Neal recalls. It may sound like a clichéd, clichéd statement, but if you touch his work, you will know that it comes from the heart.
