The film was made in the midst of a musical career that was at its peak. Inspired by books by the Beastie Boys and Questlove, he spent hours jamming like an athlete in his home rehearsal studio to complete this album. The album contains a total of 11 tracks, including the opener "nowhere, man," with its shuffle beat and various sound lumps dancing on the shuffle beat, and "hold yourself.The album is a piece of pop music that incorporates a horn section and a jazz/blues feel while maintaining a colorful pop sound and ironic lyrics that make pop pop come alive.
