In the American rock scene of the 1970s, Little Feat was a cult band that influenced many artists with its funky rock sound that blended Southern R&B, boogie, country, and other influences. Formed in 1969 by Lowell George, a guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter of exceptional talent, Little Feat released their masterpieces "SAILIN' SHOES" and "DIXIE CHICKEN" in the 70's. Last year, a deluxe edition was released to celebrate the 50th anniversary of their release. The new edition of "FEATS DON'T FAIL ME NOW", their fourth album released in 1974, will be released to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the release of their masterpiece "SAILIN' SHOES" and "DIXIE CHICKEN" in 2023. FEATS DON'T FAIL ME NOW (DELUXE EDITION)" will be released to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the release of "FEATS DON'T FAIL ME NOW", and will be available in two formats: 3 CDs and 2 analog discs.CD1 of the 3-CD set contains the original album material newly remastered using the original multitrack tapes and 2-channel stereo tapes. CD2 contains rare tracks recorded during the album sessions, including alternate versions of album tracks and outtakes. CD3 contains previously unreleased live material from the 1975 Paris concert.
