This is wonderful. It is an instrumental work of music by Caetano Veloso, performed by Brazilian master cellist Jaquith Morelenbaum and new age arranger Geir Wilmer, who also did a wonderful collection of Gismonti's music with a large ensemble released this year. The two worked together on the aforementioned Gismonti collection, which started the idea for this work. The theme of creating a work dedicated to Caetano was born, and it was recorded with a band consisting of two flutes, a clarinet, three saxophones, cello, guitar, accordion, bass, and drums. Monica Salmazzo joined the band as a guest.
