Formed in 2016, Chick en Chicks (CNCS) is the Best Vocal Group at the 31st Golden Music Awards.The group released their debut single "Camel Toe" in August 2017 and immediately attracted attention from electro brand Spinnin' Records.In 2019, they released their first album, "Sakkai Life Beat Maker," was released and nominated for Best Album and Best Electro Album at the 11th Golden Sound Awards. The following year, they won "Best Vocal Group" at the 31st Golden Music Awards. The core idea of the album is "make my life", which has the double meaning of "cheat" and "make beats". In the game of life, is it really cheating to choose a shortcut that runs counter to one's dreams in order to survive in the face of many expectations and conflicts? Do we really need love in this age of love songs? Each song on the album has a different theme, such as social phenomena, self-awareness, and life choices. The album also breaks down language barriers by singing in two languages, and incorporates elements of Chinese culture in a fun way in the album design and music video shooting.Through their works, they hope to provide foreigners with an opportunity to experience a thousand years of Chinese history and culture.
