The band that has become a symbol of the old-school death metal revival that seems to have completely taken root in the music scene has now released its latest album! Formed in Denver, Colorado in 2011, the band follows the style of early death metal perfected by bands like Morbid Angel and Death in the early 90s, but with a more technical and modern update. Their intellectual approach to the themes of space, mythology, and science fiction has made them a hot act in the underground scene since the demo stage. Their first album "Starspawn" (2016) was a definite success, and their second album "Hidden History Of The Human Race" (2019) was highly acclaimed and sold well not only in the metal media, but also in the general music media. Their most recent EP, "Timewave Zero" (2022), boasted a high level of perfection with its synth/acoustic, progressive style, but many fans were concerned that it might finally be taken as a complete departure from metal.However, it was part of the experimental nature of the new album. The album, which borrows its name from a group from the 1970s that included Bill Bruford (YES/KING CRIMSON, etc.) and other greats in the prog world, is composed of two large suites of three songs each.
