This is the 20th collection of live recordings of "Cantata Concerts of Bach (1685-1750)" by Rudolf Lutz. This album includes the cantata "No. 96" for the 18th Sunday after the Trinity, "No. 67" for the 1st Sunday after the Resurrection, and "No. 121" for the 2nd Sunday after the Nativity. No. 96, which depicts the controversy between Jesus and the Pharisees, opens with a light sopranino recorder, and the joy of Christ's Nativity and love is sung in high spirits. No. 67, which opens with a magnificent choral fugue and rejoices in Christ's resurrection throughout, and No. 121, which begins solemnly with Luther's chorale, colored by the instrumental parts.
