Violinist Tobias Feldman, born in 1991, has released a collection of violin sonatas by Ravel, Prokofiev, and Richard Strauss (ALPHA 253) on the ALPHA label. The fresh sensitivity and high level of technique in these performances make him stand out from other violinists of his generation. Feldman has been asked to perform with orchestras around the world, and for this album he performs with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of Liège, conducted by Jean-Jacques Kantoroff.
