This is the fourth album by the spirited pianist Aya Nagatomi, who is currently active mainly in Japan in the fields of solo and chamber music. After performing works by Liszt, Chopin, Rachmaninoff, Scriabin, and other Romantic and modern composers, she now releases a collection of Beethoven's works for the first time in her career. The album traces Beethoven's life from his early to middle to late period through three works, in which he spent a lot of time to reproduce "the composer's voice.
