This is the second full-length album by the Ground Self-Defense Force's songstress, Mai Tsugumi, who released her album "Inochino Oto" in June 2018. The theme of this album is "to brighten people's hearts," which is the most important thing to Mai as a member of the Japan Self-Defense Forces and as a singer, and she covers songs that brighten and warm the heart. The album also includes her original song "Maruku," which she wrote with such feelings in mind. The album is backed by a brave yet delicate brass band performance by the Chubu Area Band of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, to which she belongs, and thrilled by the sincerity and honesty of her singing.
