The second long-term exclusive contract with Sony Classical for the prodigious pianist Ivo Pogorelich is his first Chopin album in 24 years, since the release of Chopin's "Scherzo" in 1998 (recorded in 1995). Chopin's works have been an integral part of Pogorelich's repertoire since the impact of the Chopin Competition in 1982, and he has released four albums to date. and two "Nocturnes" and two "Nocturnes", both of which are Pogorelich's specialty repertoire that adorns her recitals, but this is the first recording of these pieces.
