The Nash Ensemble is a British super ensemble that has been releasing Brahms chamber music series on Onyx. Following the German late Romantic Brahms is the Russian repertoire of the 19th century! The Nash Ensemble has selected works in unique styles, including Glazunov's String Quintet and Arensky's String Quartet No. 2, which require two cellos, and Borodin's String Sextet, which was never completed. The best young virtuosos of the day, including Marianne Touchen, Lawrence Power, and Paul Watkins, will perform together in a sumptuous performance of Russian music.This is the tradition and the ability of the prestigious Nash Ensemble 也!
