The worldwide HM/HR movement emerged in the 1980s. Motley Crue was a unique band in the LA metal movement, and their originality and presence was unique and noteworthy. Their rare live archive is now available on CD! After the return of original member Vince Neil and the release of the album "Generation Swine" in June 1997, the band embarked on a world tour "Motley Crue Vs The Earth Tour". The opening show was held in Tokyo on August 16 of the same year. This show was recorded and broadcast in Japan as a TV program with songs selected by the band members from the set list of the day. This live album was also broadcast on PBS in the U.S. to promote the tour. Since Vince Neil is back and this is his first concert in Japan in three years, the intensity of the performance is high and the performance is powerful.The band had not released a live album at this point, so this is a rare live archive CD!
