This special release from the well-known Taiwanese reissue label "ONCE MORE MUSIC" comes with All Days Records' well-known paper jacket and obi commentary! Singer/songwriter Esra Mohawk's first album released under the name of Sandy Hurwitz, a classic acid folk album, is being reissued! After changing her name to Sandy Hurwitz, she was discovered by Shadow Morton, and expanded her activities by writing songs for Shangri-Las and Vanilla Fudge, etc. In 1967, she met Frank Zappa and joined the Mothers of Invention. She signed with Bizarre Records, and at first Zappa joined the production of this album, but due to a difference of opinion, he left the project halfway through.Instead, woodwind and keyboard player Ian Underwood produced this album, which became a masterpiece that brought out her natural piano-based charm. After that, she changed her name to Esra Mohawk and became more and more active not only in her own works but also in providing songs for Cyndi Lauper and Tina Turner in the 1980s. Included as bonus tracks are two additional songs from the A and B sides of his debut and only single, released in 1965 under the name Jamie Carter! Includes commentary.
