The long-awaited reissue of Takeshi Shibuya's two solo piano works recorded at Hanzomon TFM Hall on June 4, 2007. As the title suggests, these two superb pieces are divided into two selections: one with beautiful melodies and the other highlighting the great composers who composed jazz standards. The 24-bit DVD system was used to record directly to two tracks. The sound quality is excellent, with beautiful phrasing and a refined, luscious brilliance.
