20 years after the theatrical release and TV broadcast of "Digimon Adventure," a new theatrical animation is now being released! The last story of the "Chosen Children" and their partner Digimon, created by the splendid staff, will be the center of attention! --It is the year 2010, more than a decade has passed since the summer when Taichi and his Agumons met and adventured in the Digital World. The "Chosen Children" around the world are gradually gaining recognition, and it is no longer unusual to see Digimon in the real world. Taichi has become a university student, and Yamato and his friends have also begun to determine their own paths, and have begun to pursue their own careers. Meanwhile, an incident begins to occur around the "chosen children" of the world. Menoa and Imura, two Digimon scholars who specialize in the study of Digimon, appear before Taichi and his friends and tell them that Digimon called "Eosmon" are the cause, and ask for their help.
