The long-awaited third album from the popular SSW from São Paulo, who aims for sophisticated MPB! Recorded in Recife, Pernambuco, the album was produced by two of the leaders of the contemporary Recife music scene: guitarist Barro and bassist Guilherme Assis. And in a modern, understated production, Anna has created a sound that is playful, bright, experienced, and transparent, with her voice always at the center of the songs. Here, Anna adds lyrics to songs composed mainly by Barro and Guillermi, creating her own unique worldview. Musicians such as Igor de Carvalho, Rodrigo Campello, Edu Sangirardi, and Joao Camarero also contributed songs, adding more depth to the music. The overall impression is of a "sophisticated MPB" sound that is not too innovative, and Anna sings with a relaxed vocal style that is just the right amount of power. (C)RS
