Tony Mottola is the conscience of New York session musicians with his outstanding taste and technique. He has practiced "playing electric and acoustic guitars at the same high level" (long before the "electric acoustic" and long before effectors became popular), has excellent chord and single-note grain, and plays both simple melodies and improvisation in a constant and constant manner.
