The musicians include top flamenco and jazz musicians who are close friends and active in Japan and abroad. Manuel de Cantarote, Juan Diego Valencia, and others popular in the Spanish flamenco world participate in palmas and jaleos (shouts), which is also a major attraction. The overwhelming flood of rhythms, the particularly wistful singing on the guitar, and the dramatic development of the music all combine to create a new world of flamenco, condensing the superb technique and musical sense of the two musicians.
