This long playing music album consists of 13 songs created in Sweden with dedication, recklessness and skill with the help of producers Pelle Gunnerfeldt and Mike D (Beastie Boys).Their last album, "The Death of Randy Fitzsimmons," released in 2023, was a memorable return after a decade of silence, and was praised by The New York Times, Rolling Stone, The Guardian, Stereogum, and many other media The Hives Forever Forever. Production of the follow-up, The Hives Forever, took place both at the Yung Lean/YEAR0001 studio and at Riksmixningsverke, a studio named after Benny Andersson (ABBA) in Stockholm. The recording took place at both studios. Recording was done under longtime collaborator Pelle Gunnerfeldt, widely known for her work with Viagra Boys, Yung Lean, and Elvira. Mike D of the Beastie Boys also participated in the production of this masterpiece, welcoming the band to his studio on the shores of Malibu. Josh Homme of Queens of the Stone Age also provided advice.
