We formed in Athens, Greece in 2020, in the height of pandemic-dystopia. We like the old school rock and roll sound with a filthy punk aesthetic. The American punk rock 'n' roll scene of the 70's is a big influence on us. From the New York Dolls and the Dictators to the Ramones and the Dead Boys to all the bands that followed the path of the MC5 and the Stooges, this is how rock and roll had to be played. We are referring to the UK punk scene of 77~82 and early NWOBHM, the Australian scene of this era, the Scandinavian scene with bands like ACDC and Radio Birdman, and of course the Rock & Roll Revival with bands like Hellacopters and Turbonegro. I love the Rock and Roll Revival. But the fact is that we all played in hardcore punk bands in the past, such as Sweden's Skitkids, Poison Idea, Annihilation Time, and the West Coast scene like Long Knife, which has a strong rock and roll aesthetic and really Inevitably influenced by all the bands that played aggressive hardcore punk music. This is the second time I've been told I was influenced by the early days of Motley Crue, so I have to admit it. Anyway, I love the Bandana Glam aesthetic! If I had to describe the band's style, I'd say high-energy rock 'n' roll, but I'm not too concerned about the exact name. As long as someone likes our music, they can call it whatever they want! Sometimes we call it "Athens Riot Blues". We've all played in various street punk/hardcore punk/crust and post-punk bands in the past. The bands we're in right now are Omixlh, Chain Cult, Downwinder, Πλεκτανη, and inactive bands are Dirty Wombs, Lifewreck, Molisma. There's more! We like to sing about the difficulties of everyday life, about all the oppression, about how our jobs suck, about drinking and drugs and stuff, about the joys of rocking out with really good friends in a smelly basement, about funny stories of tour life, and lots of other stuff.
