Deepening Darkness. GosT's latest release "Valediction" blends synthwave and raging black metal American producer GosT is not only crossing the boundaries of synthwave, electro, black metal, industrial, and horror movie soundtracks, but rather, he has swallowed them all up to reveal a one-of-a-kind worldview that is growing a loyal fan base. GosT's past can be traced back to his teenage years, when he played in a metal band before turning his attention to electronic music. At the same time, he decided to go solo in order to express his ideas and aesthetics more freely and straightforwardly. This experience became the foundation for his unique style, which later fused powerful synthwave and retro wave sounds with black metal and other forms of music. In this album, "Valediction," the band continues the basic style, but builds a heavier and darker sound. The multi-personal, genre-less world of "Timeless Turmoil" and "Push," in which all of GosT's favorite genres appear one after the other, is still present. The song "Bloody Roses," which leaves a strong impression with its melody that moves beautifully in the writhing darkness, is an example of GosT's evolution.Jaime Gomez Arellano (Paradise Lost, Solstafir, Priomordial) was in charge of mixing and mastering, creating a profound sound. Having played with such diverse bands as BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, PERTUBATOR, CARPENTER BRUT, and 3TEETH, and already having headlined tours in Europe and North America, GosT has become a force to be reckoned with over the past few years (for his live shows, (His shows are said to draw metalheads and electro music fans to the floor).
