This is a collection of works for unaccompanied cello by Italian contemporary music composer Ivan Fedele (1953-). Fedele credits his encounters with Boulez, Berio, and Donatoni as having a decisive influence on his creative development. During his long compositional career, the cello was an instrument that held a special interest for Fedele.
