On the Onyx label, he has released a collection of French orchestral works, Symphony No. 6 by Latin Grammy Award-winning composer Roberto Sierra, a collection of preludes and interludes from Italian operas, and, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Tokyo M-Plus, a Japan-only release of Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 6 "Pathetique" (recorded live!). (live recording!) as a Japan-only release to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Tokyo M-Plus.In 2024, we continued to introduce a fascinating repertoire, adding Bruckner's Symphony No. 4 "Romantic" to our catalog on the bicentennial of his birth. This sixth release by Indoyan & the RLPO, who also performed with Nobuyuki Tsujii in Japan in 2024, is a rarely heard program of orchestral works by composers from Indoyan's home country of Venezuela. Although the composers listed here are not well-known, their romantic tonal music is extraordinary, with hints of Venezuela's nature, history, and culture.
