From the southpaw guitar virtuoso and diva Barbara Lynn's masterpieces to Dr. Feelgood's "MISTER MOONLIGHT" (famously performed by the Beatles), James Ray's original number arranged by George Harrison as a big hit, and many well-known covers of Sam Cooke's classic songs, the 23rd issue of the series is the second installment of the R&B section. The album also features a number of R&B standard numbers that have had a profound influence on rock musicians in later years and continue to shine brilliantly.
