Jeffrey Tate & Hamburg Symphony Orchestra with Deborah Voigt! The CD and DVD features the concerts that Jeffrey Tate, who passed away in 2017, gave with the Hamburg Symphony Orchestra from February 17-19, 2012 in Reithalle, Germany. The DVD includes the concert and a 10-minute interview with Deborah Voigt, a renowned American soprano and experienced Wagner interpreter, as well as Japanese subtitles for the lyrics of "Götterdämmerung". The booklet also includes a commentary in Japanese. Jeffrey Tate and the Hamburg Symphony Orchestra have been in the spotlight ever since they began their relationship in 2008 for the quality of their performances and interesting programming, and the 2012 recording included here was described by the German newspaper Welt as "an impressive performance by soprano superstar Voigt and maestro Tate. The 2012 recording, which is included here, was one of the most successful concerts of the season and was described by the German newspaper Welt as "a moving performance by soprano superstars Voigt and Tate.
