CCR's sixth studio album, released on December 9, 1970 on Fantasy Records. It was the band's second studio album released that same year. It was released five months after Cosmo's Factory. The single "Have You Ever Seen the Rain"/"Hey Tonight" from the album was released in January 1971 and reached #8 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The album was certified gold in 1970 and platinum in 1990. First colored vinyl. Tower Records Exclusive in Japan on Opaque tan smoke colored vinyl.
