His third album for Sony Classical is a rich collection of beautiful arias from religious works, which can be said to be the roots of Grigolo's music, which he began singing in the choir of the Sistine Chapel in the Vatican. The album features serene and spiritual songs appropriate for the Christmas season, with a core of famous songs that Grigolo sang repeatedly during his Sistine years and that are closest to his heart, such as Schubert's "Ave Maria," Franck's "Angel Bread," and Mozart's "Ave Verum Corpus. This is an album that will allow you to further enjoy Vittorio's charms, not only for his glorious and beautiful voice, but also for his pious prayers. The Sistine Chapel Choir and the Orchestre Sinfonietta di Roma, to which Vittorio himself belonged, perform with him.The conductor, Cheroni, is a colleague of Grigolo's from when he was a member of the chorus, and is currently the assistant conductor of the Bavarian State Opera.
