Her father, "Shigeshiro Kobayashi," was a leading singing movie star, and her mother, "Sumie Tsuki," was an actress. Tatsumi Yoshimune, who grew up in the Showa era entertainment industry from an early age, was exposed to singing and dancing on a daily basis. Spending his days in the entertainment world, it seemed as if it was his destiny to live in the entertainment industry in the future. Later, his love of singing led him to become an apprentice of singer Hachiro Kasuga, and in 1993 he made his debut as a singer, which had been a dream of his since his youth.
