She attracted attention when she sang with the French metal band Godzilla at the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics. Her father is Marcello Viotti, who served as music director of the Lucerne Opera and the MDR Symphony Orchestra. After graduating from university with a major in philosophy and literature, he studied voice in earnest and has been active in opera, religious music, and other genre-bending activities. The booklet is written in the style of Viotti's diary, and contains candid memories of the performance in Lucerne in 2018 that led to the creation of this album, her subsequent illness (malignant lymphoma), treatment, musical activities, and the making of this album (no Japanese translation available).
