The album contains 9 remix tracks from their 1997 masterpiece "BLUR", which was first released in analog form as a limited edition item for Record Store Day in April of this year, and is now available for general distribution! Since their debut in 1991, Blur has been a timeless rock act that is the pride of the UK, creating a Britpop sensation around the world in the 90's with their appealing sound rich in British intellectualism, and then continuing to challenge the times while showing musical breakthroughs that are not limited to Britpop. With their unique British sense of humor, quirky pop, and stylish artistry, they are the driving force behind the Britpop movement and one of the leading bands of the British rock scene. In 1998, after releasing their self-titled album "Blur" in 1997, which was a worldwide hit, they released a compilation album in the form of a Japan-only release.The result is "BUSTIN' + DRONIN'," a coupling of two CDs containing various remixes of songs from the "BLUR" album and a performance recorded during the John Peel session on BBC Radio 1. Originally released only in Japan, this compilation album was later released in the UK and the US as a limited edition, and was released as a limited edition on Record Store Day in April of this year. The color analog version of the album was released as a limited edition item for Record Store Day held in April this year, and now it will be released as a general distribution version that also contains only the remix soundtrack! BUSTIN' + DRONIN'", which will be released as a general release, contains 9 remixes of various tracks from the album "BLUR" by artists such as William Orbit, Adrian Sherwood, Moby, Thurston Moore, and John McIntyre.
